Pilates
Pilates is an extremely effective physical conditioning method that has a huge variety of movements. Many of these movements are therapeutic and appropriate for recovering from injuries or challenging athletes.
Clinical Pilates
Through 6 principles: concentration, breathing, activation of the center, precision, movement control and fluidity, practicing Pilates allows you to improve physical condition, work on postural deviations, rehabilitate injuries, gain awareness of breathing and relieve stress. Classes consist of a set of exercises that strengthen, stretch and develop joint mobility and body awareness. Clinical Pilates is more focused on treating specific conditions or dysfunctions, aiming to address each person's individual situation.
Meditation
Meditating is a human capacity that we can develop and that can be as simple as it is transformative. Described as mind training or regulation between body and mind contributes to focus, mental clarity, and physical and emotional health. Several studies indicate that the practice of meditation reduces anxiety and stress while enhancing abilities such as concentration, memory, creativity and emotion management. These classes, meditative reflections, are very focused on the bridge between ancient and traditional texts and the impact it can have on our contemporary lives, such as the importance of managing different areas of our lives, from work to relationships with the world, with others and with ourselves.
Aerial Movement
Aerial Movement is aerial yoga and pilates performed on suspended fabrics. A practice inspired by yoga postures and pilates movements, following the same principles of conscious movement and breathing, with the support of a suspended fabric. It allows you to defy the laws of gravity, facilitates more demanding postures such as inverted postures and at the same time relaxation becomes deeper with the involvement of the tissue.
Restorative Yoga
What is that? A practice in which remaining in postures occurs for long periods of time, inducing relaxation. When the body feels comfortable in the postures, the muscles and tendons naturally stretch, allowing deep relaxation of the nervous system. How does this work? The body has a natural ability to heal itself, but in times of stress this ability is affected by the release of substances such as adrenaline and cortisol. The parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated when we relax in postures, which promotes a relaxation response and reduces stress and the substances it releases within the body. The parasympathetic nervous system is also responsible for slowing heart and respiratory rates and increasing blood flow to vital organs.
Yoga Flow
A dynamic, vigorous, fluid, and profoundly moving class that inspires energy, fosters adaptability, and engages participants on multiple levels, leaving a lasting impression through its seamless flow and powerful momentum.

Hatha Yoga
